Here at Sure Steps, we aim to instil a sense of fun into everything we do, and we put a lot of emphasis on learning through play, whilst developing a culture of exploration and investigation.

We have a range of equipment and facilities that are divided into different areas within the nursery. As well as a home corner area we also have a reading area, a construction area, a sand and water area and an arts and crafts area in each of the different rooms. We provide comfortable beds for your child to sleep on during sleep time as well as fresh personal bedding that is cleaned regularly to ensure your child is as comfortable as possible. Every room has access to their own computer, which is used to print your children's creations, play songs for when they want to dance, and as a secure ICT area for them to access the wonders of the internet and for staff use.

We use the garden all year round, throughout the colder and wetter months we provide your child with an outdoor suit to ensure they can enjoy the outdoors in the warmth without fear of getting wet or dirty! All’s we ask you to provide is a pair of wellies and a fleece for underneath the rain suit. We believe there's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing!

We also have a sensory room full of soft furnishings for quiet time in a relaxing environment, with a large sensory dome, and many different lights and textures, the perfect place for some chill out time for our little ones.
